Terms of service

What you agree to when you connect a channel

Channelflow is operated by Channelflow SL, Calle Serrano 41, 28001 Madrid, Spain. These terms cover the self-serve plans; enterprise contracts replace them.

In plain words

You keep your content and your channels. We run the flows you configure and never publish anything a flow was not told to publish. Either side can end the arrangement with notice, and you can export everything on the way out.

Who we are and what this covers

Channelflow SL provides software that posts to, translates for, and watches Telegram channels you control. We are not affiliated with Telegram, and Telegram’s own terms apply to your channels independently of ours.

These terms apply to the Solo, Operator and Desk plans. If you sign an enterprise order form, that document and its DPA take precedence over everything here.

02

Your account

You need an account and at least one channel where you can grant admin rights. You are responsible for who you invite and what they do with their seat.

Owners can change billing; editors cannot
Two-factor is optional on Solo, available on all plans, and required for enterprise SSO
We may suspend an account we believe is compromised, and will tell you why the same day
03

What you publish stays yours

You own your drafts, prompts, glossaries and published posts. We store them to run the flows you configured and to show you what happened. We do not train models on your content, and we do not sell or share it.

Translation and rewriting run through model providers listed in the DPA. They act as sub-processors under contract and are not permitted to retain your content.
04

What we may refuse to publish

We will not knowingly help distribute content that is illegal where it is published, that impersonates a person or institution, or that is designed to deceive about its source. This is a small list on purpose — we are not the editor of your channel.

Illegal content, including sanctions-evading material
Impersonation of a person, brand or public body
Automated claims presented as verified when the flow marked them single-source
05

Uptime, incidents and credits

Desk and annual plans carry a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment measured on the public status page. If we miss it, you get a service credit against the following invoice: 10% below 99.9%, 25% below 99.0%, 50% below 95.0%.

Credits are the remedy for downtime. We do not pay for lost engagement or missed news windows, and we will not pretend otherwise in a support thread.
06

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. The plan keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not refund unused months except under the refund policy. Exports stay available for 90 days after the end.

We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if an account is being used for the things listed in clause 04. In either case unused prepaid time is refunded.

07

Changes to these terms

We email every account 30 days before a material change and keep every previous version linked from this page. Continuing to use Channelflow after the notice period means you accept the new version.

The plain-words panel at the top is a summary, not the agreement. Where the two disagree, the numbered clauses are what binds us both.
