When you get your money back
Short, because a refund policy that needs interpretation is a bad one. Every case below has a number attached.
Full refund within 14 days of a first payment, no questions. After that, refunds when we broke something, measured on the status page. Telegram Stars are refunded as Stars, and crypto is refunded to the sending address.
The first 14 days
Ask within 14 days of a first payment on any plan and you get the whole amount back, without explaining why. It lands on the original method in five to ten working days.
After 14 days
We refund when a failure on our side cost you the thing you paid for. The status page is the shared record: if a month falls below the 99.9% commitment, the credit is automatic and appears on the next invoice.
Downgrades and cancellations
Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. A downgrade takes effect at renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. Annual plans are not refunded pro rata outside the 14-day window — this is the trade for the two free months.
Stars and crypto
Telegram Stars are bought and refunded inside Telegram: a refund returns Stars to your Telegram balance, never cash, and the rate is whatever Telegram applies. Crypto payments are returned in the same asset to the address they came from, less the network fee, at the rate we received them.
What we do not refund
Two things, stated plainly rather than buried: engagement you expected but did not get, and time lost to a Telegram-side outage or rate limit. The first is not something we sell; the second is not something we control.
How to ask
Email billing@channelflow.io from the address on the account, or use the refund button on any invoice in the billing page. A person answers within one working day, and we tell you the decision and the amount in the first reply — no queue, no retention call.
